1. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

2. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

3. Oh Glamour Makeup is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. You will have to contact the carrier and they will assists you with your claim.

4. Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific regions due to local regulations.

5. Order tracking ; Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress.
