RETURNS POLICY

You are entitled to refund in the event that the products arrive damaged caused by our end. This does not affect your statutory  rights. In the event your claim is justified , the purchase price and the shipping cost will be refunded. You will have to sent a proof, photo of the damaged product and a photo of original receipt before we make any decision. Please contact at;

Oh Glamour Makeup is not responsible for packages lost or damages in transit. You will have to contact the carrier and they will assists you with your claim.

-Claim for damaged items must be notified within 2 business days after delivery if damaged is caused by our end.

REFUND POLICY                                    
-The money will be refunded according to the original form of payment within 5-10 business days.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS POLICY
These rules are imposed to protect our costumers and company for Hygiene reasons, opened or used makeup products cannot be returned.
