We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition. Please review our return and refund policy below:


Returns Policy

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • If the product arrives damaged due to our end.
  • If you change your mind, are not satisfied with your purchase, or no longer want the item (buyer’s remorse).

Return Conditions:

  • You must notify us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be applied.

Please note: We do not accept returns on final sale items or used/opened beauty or skincare products due to hygiene reasons.


Refund Policy

  • Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used makeup
  • Skincare products
  • Beauty tools

These policies are in place to protect both our customers and our brand.


Lost or Damaged in Transit

Oh Glamour Makeup is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
